Dinner is available from 5:30pm and the meeting starts at 7:30pm, we anticipate the AGM bit and election of the 2022/23 committee should only take about 15mins, no more, then its onto the auction for the Heritage Hotel accommodation vouchers and other items donated for the Ronnie Run. If we can please have as much attendance as possible for this meeting!

We are attempting to cut our losses and despite having to cancel the Ronnie Run ride, we still want make as much money as possible for the Ronald McDonald House Charity who accommodate sick kids and their families while they undergo life saving treatments. There will be a raffle and tickets & run badges will be given out with the sale of a Ronnie Run T-Shirt. For those that have already brought their shirts if you wear them on the night you will be given your badge & raffle ticket then. 

We appreciate that with the current restrictions to date some members still don't want to meet in large groups or aren't/can't be vaccinated for various reasons and Les & other committee have kindly offered to set up a drive through table outside in the RSA carpark between 5:30 & 7 for anyone wanting to purchase T-Shirts and get your badge and raffle ticket for the evenings raffles (you don't have to stay, you can leave and if your ticket is pulled we'll contact you to get your prizes to you another time). THIS WILL BE CASH ONLY on the evening or you can pre-pay into the club account up till Wednesday here ($30.00 cash price, $30 through the website). You can also still contact Les outside of this time slot & purchase a T-Shirt and donate to the RMHC as the final amount will not be counted/handed over until the May Branch meeting. We still have about 95 shirts to sell and PLEASE donate and help your club do its best & Les really can't keep anymore of these at home... really... haha!

Now because the Ride was cancelled our special personality guest for the run, Fred Ah Kuoi, has very kindly given us one of his game shirts from when he was with Hull F.C as well as the game book, an autographed picture and New Zealand Rugby League bag for us to auction off, it's up on TradeMe, go have a look and share it around everywhere folks, we need as much attention as possible for this so we can find a very generous donor to bump up the RMHC Donation! Any Heritage Hotel vouches that do not sell at the AGM night will also be put up on TradeMe but we want club members to get first chance at these.

April birthdays please bring your bottle to may's meeting, we will only be having the Ronnie Run raffles at the AGM.
