North Harbour Rides in conjunction with all of Ulysses Clubs NZ and other charity rides

For Calendar mobile view turn your phone to Landscape.  For all rides, please be at the departure point 10-20 minutes early with a FULL TANK of GAS and an EMPTY BLADDER. Please be aware that rides may be cancelled/postponed due to inclement weather, also rides can change in this list. If you are unsure if the ride is taking place please check on Facebook or phone the RIC, before leaving home. NOTE things change with COVID etc - please contact the RIC for details on the day.


Each RIC will carry a Mobile Phone for emergencies. In an emergency use the number listed next to the relevant RIC.

Please be aware that this list can change at short notice due to inclement weather and RIC availability, best to keep an eye on the events list below and please check out ride status on Facebook on the morning of the ride before you leave home.

  • Slow rider training, Cornering, Braking, Body Position Please note, Twist & Turns event will now be 6th November all going well. It is three fold. First it is Charity Event with all money going to the Thames Women's Refuge. Second, slow ridier Motorcycle training and practice and Third a fun day. All motorcyclists will be made welcome as long as their bike is road worthy meaning has a current registration and wof. Although we are asking everybody to donate $5.00 we will accept any note from a $5.00 through to $100.00 only don't expect change. Please share this with your friends.

  • Overnighter, FORWARD NOTICE Wayne Painter has booked a weekend away to Whitianga for 14th/15th May 2022 for those who are interested. Accommodation at Anchorage Motel on the beachfront 200 meters from dinner venue. 7 x Studio Units @ $145.00 per night. 1 x 2 Bedroom units @ $200.00 per night. Alternatively you can book at the Esplanade which is more expensive but next door to the dinner venue. Dinner is booked at Grace O'Malleys Irish Inn, the food is fabulous, (those who stay at the Anchorage will get a 10% discount on food and drinks if they run a tab.) Anybody who is going must let Wayne Painter know so he can confirm dinner numbers.
